Viene ottenuto esclusivamente da uve di Ribolla Gialla, per poter unire i profumi tipici di questo vitigno autoctono ai sentori di crosta di pane, caratteristici degli spumanti. Al gusto risulta molto fresco.

Friulano Doc Cof 2010.
The vine of this white has its origins in Friuli. It has a strong bouquet
reminiscent of wild flowers. It is dry with a bitter almond after taste.
It is best consumed young and is very pleasant on its own. It usually
accompanies grilled fishes, raw ham andsoaps. We suggest serving at a
temperature between 10° and 12° C. |

Pinot
Grigio Doc Cof 2010.
The vines are a result of cross-breeding between Pinot Bianco and Pinot
Nero. It is a straw-coloured, yellow wine; its bouquet recalls acacia
flowers and it tastes of arthemisia. It is wonderful if enjoyed with antipastos
and is an excellent wine when combined with fish and soups. It should
be served at a temperature between 10° and 12° C |

Pinot
Bianco Doc Cof 2010.
It is a white wine with French origins, with an elegant bouquet reminiscent
of apricots, cherries and arthemisia. It is an aristocratic wine which
couples well with light hors-d'oeuvres and fish based rices. It is consumed
at a temperature of 12° C. |

Sauvignon
Doc Cof 2010.
It is a white wine a typical parfume and taste that reminds of chilli
peppers, exotic fruits and melon. It is excellent as an aperitif and couples
well with shell-fish, salmon and delicate rices, it is best served chilled
at 10°-12° C. |

Chardonnay
Doc Cof 2010.
Light golden yellow in colour, with an apple and flower scent perfectly
balanced with banana flavour this wine is obtained from a French wine
perfectly adapted in our region. It is excellent as an aperitif. It couple
well whit delicate sauces or fish-based dishes. It is consumed at a temperature
of 10° C. |

Verduzzo
Friulano Doc Cof 2010.
It is a white dessert wine, native to Friuli. The bunch is left to dry
on the plant and thanks to a late harvest we are able to obtain a golden,sweet,
highly alcoholic wine with a bouquet of fruit and honey. It should be
served at a temperature between 12° and 14° C. |

Brut. It is obtained from grapes of Pinot Bianco,
Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, which are
carefully
selected and blended. The "cuvee"
has a slow, particular fermentation
which
bastows an elegant and persistent "perlage"
upon them. It is excellent as an aperitif
and adapts well with all foods, preferring
hors-d'oeuvres, fish and patè. To be
served
at a temperature between 6° and 8°
C. |

Merlot
Doc Cof 2008.
A ruby-red wine, its wine is French in origin. Its bouquet is fragrant
with delicate perfumes of raspberry and blackberry. It has dry, sapid
taste with a harmanious body. It couples well with red meat and roast
game poultry. It shoul be consumed at a temperature of 18° C. |

Cabernet
Doc Cof 2009.
An intense ruby-red wine purple nuances. It has a dry taste with a round
herbaceous base. It is excellent with wild game and roasted red meat.
we suggest serving at a temperature between 18° and 20° C. |

Refosco
Doc Cof 2009.
The buds of this wine orinate in the eastern hills of Friuli. The wine
is a ruby-red colour tending towards purple; with a bouquet of wild raspberry
and woody fruits. The flavour is dry, slightly tannic, full bodled with
a notable after taste. It is particularly suitable with rich meats, stews,
roasts and wildgame |
THE CRU WINES
The vineyards of this line are almost totally
derivant from buds native to the eastern
hills of Friuli or from wineyards with a
very low production. In the past, they were
often obsolete but today, thanks to their
remarkable qualities that distinguish them
from others, are considered extremely precious.

Prarion
Doc Cof 2010.
A harmonious blend of Ribolla gialla (slightly acid) and Chardonnay (decisively
full-bodied), allowing us to obtain a perfectly blended wines. It is excellent
as an aperitif:it couples well with delicate sauces or fish-based dishes,
served at temperature of 10°C. |

Ribolla
Gialla Doc Cof 2010.
A wine which is noted for its intense freshness, together with a distinct
acidity which offers an elegant and refined bouquet. It is excellent when
coupled with cold hors-d'oeuvres and savoury fish dishes and should be
served at a temperature between 8° and 10° C. |

Riesling
Doc Cof 2010.
It is a white wine with green nuances; it has a very delicate bouquet
reminiscent of peach and apricot.Its flavour is dry and fresh which makes
it an excellent wine for accompanying horse-d'oeuvres, oysters, shell
fish and white meat. It should be served at a temperature between 8° and
10° C. |

Picolit
Doc Cof 2008.
The special wine-making process adopted has allowed us to capture a mixture
of bouquets; the fullness and persistence of the perfumes render the wine
extremely pleasing. It is for this reason that we suggest Picolit as an
excellent "mediator" wine. |

Schioppettino
Doc Cof 2009.
This dry wine is wonderful for its strong, fruity, woody bouquet which
stimulates olfaction. It is excellent with white meat and game poultry
and should be served at room temperature |

Pinot
Nero Doc Cof 2009.
A ruby-red coloured wine, characterized by a delicate smell that remember
a blackberry and raspberry bouquet in addition to a subtle hint of oak.
It is excellent with roasted meat, red or white, or meat with sauces.
We suggest serving it at temperature between 18°-20° C. |

Frassinolo
Doc Cof 2007.
An important ruby-red coloured wine, with a blackberry and raspberry bouquet
in addition to a subtle hint of oak. We suggest corking a few hours prior
to serving at an approximate temperature of 16°-18°C. It best accompanies
red meat, game and strong-flavoured cheese |

Rosier
Doc Cof 2005.
Very important red wine with garnet red nuances. With maturing in barrique
of alier oak of 225 litres for a year, this wine acquired inklings of
spicies. Temperature of 14-16° C.Alcohol content: 12.5°.

Pignolo Doc
Cof 2006.
A very elegant ruby red wine. The distinctive bouquet of blackberry, blueberry
and vanilla is the result of a 24 mouthperiod of refiniment in allier
oack barriques. The flavour is dry and lightly tannic. It makes a splendid
companion for roast meats, wild gam and salty or seasones cheeses. Alcohol
content: 13°.

Tazzelenghe
Doc Cof 2006.
Of Friul origin, a ruby red tending towards violet wine, posessing a rich
and plesant bouquet. The velvety taste is obtained after a classic fermentation
and a lenghty maceration process. Matured for 3 years in oak barriques,
it makes an excellent accompainment for roast game, pork and mushrooms.
To be servedat temperature of 18° C. Alcohol content: 13°.
